We’re hiring motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Surface Refinishing Technicians. Whether you have experience in auto-body, painting, or construction—or you’re a fast learner with a strong work ethic—we’ll provide the training and tools to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Restore surfaces in homes, hotels, and apartments using Miracle Method’s proprietary refinishing process
- Work independently at job sites, managing your schedule and delivering top-tier results
- Follow detailed steps to ensure quality, durability, and customer satisfaction

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections
- Apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and more
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions during projects
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in refinishing, painting, or related fields preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
